The frames are crafted from solid beechwood and feature distinctive curved armrests that form an important part of the chairs' architectural design.

A particularly interesting feature is the original adjustable reclining mechanism operated through the seat. Each armchair can be set in three different positions, including the standard upright position and two additional reclining positions for more relaxed seating.
