Space Age cylindrical plastic dressing table on a metal star base by Bremshey & Co., Germany, circa 1970.
A compact and ingenious piece of furniture characteristic of 1970s design. Its sleek cylindrical shape completely conceals its functions when closed.
The lid incorporates a mirror and lifts thanks to an articulated arm, allowing it to be rotated and angled for use. The interior features three removable storage compartments for cosmetics, jewelry, and accessories.
A functional piece with particularly small proportions, it can also be used as a small side table when closed.
Very good overall vintage condition. Some minor signs of wear consistent with the age of the piece may be present, without detracting from its overall appearance or functionality.
