A beautiful and sculptural pair of Danish lounge chairs, made in the style of Henning (Henry) Kjærnulf during the 1960s. Crafted in solid oak, the chairs feature a combination of robust construction and expressive detailing, with turned front legs, broad armrests and distinctive shaped side frames. The chairs retain their original quality striped upholstery in warm, natural tones, which remain in a good condition. The fabric beautifully complements the golden oak while preserving the chairs’ authentic vintage character. This fine pair of lounge chairs will complement many interior styles. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
