The center is finely hand-painted with an elegant pastoral scene of two women, a young boy, and a small dog beside a wooded stream.

The figural scene is framed by a soft aqua-blue ground with white foliate decoration and a gilt rim, giving the piece a light, refined appearance despite its substantial scale.

The reverse bears an underglaze blue Sèvres mark, a faint impressed numerical production mark, likely ‘18,’ and multiple concentric raised rings.
A striking decorative piece for wall display, a plate stand, or a collection of French and European porcelain. See less
