The plethora of heartwarming scenes will delight you. Monkeys with children, playing with dogs and cats, even a parrot on the lid!
Huntley & Palmers originally had its facility in Reading. England. Reading is affectionately known as “Biscuit Town” due to the huge success of Huntley & Palmers’ biscuit factory. The factory, which employed up to 5,000 people at its peak, played a crucial role in the town’s development, both economically and socially. As the factory flourished, Reading transformed from a quiet market town into an industrial hub, with the population increasing rapidly as workers flocked to find employment at the renowned biscuit factory. The presence of Huntley & Palmers in Reading left an indelible mark on the town’s history, and even today, the spirit of “Biscuit Town” lives on in the hearts and minds of the local community.

Condition: Good Antique Condition. The inside has very little oxidation. Oxidation present on bottom. Less than expected evidence of age. There are small losses but again not as much as usually seen. There is some glare from the flash, so please examine the photos carefully to discern the condition.
