Hand-signed in capital letters and dated in pencil on lower right margin '' Urbani / Nemi, 1932''. Realized by a skilled hand as a rapid sketch exalting the fresh line, this modern artwork representing a couple of lovers portrayed in a romantic and intimate pose, is in excellent conditions except for some folds of the paper on the right margin, and some yellow stains on the lower margin. A white cardboard Passepartout included, cm 49 x 34. On the back the blue ink stamp on the lower left corner ''Arte Storia Collezione Contessa Laetitia Pecci- Blunt''. Ildebrando Urbani (1901 -1985) The Italian artist Urbani has participated in numerous editions of the National Art Quadrennial of Rome from 1931 to 1956 and at the Venice Biennale in 1940 and 1942. He later moved to Madrid where he continued the exhibition activity. This artwork is shipped from Italy.
