Circa 1920s, this flat-sided oval bottle features a heavy, hand-applied sterling silver overlay design displaying an elegant spray of star-shaped floral blossoms and detailed ferns. The short, compact silhouette is crowned by its original, sharply faceted geometric clear glass stopper which remains perfectly intact.
Measuring just 7 inches tall, this smaller-format piece is ideal as a personal spirits decanter for fine whiskey or cordials, or as a statement cologne bottle. The silver overlay currently wears a dramatic, deep antique tarnish that emphasizes the fine chasing on the petals and leaves.
