Large piece of industrial equipment salvaged from a seemingly ancient building in historic downtown Denver adjacent to the jail. Stamped brass plaque indicating this wire spool punch or straightener was operated by local steel manufacturer, Rocky Metal Metal Products, this was vetted by maintenance building superintendent who has overseen all of the buildings on this property for nearly 50 years! Automatic punch manufactured by F.J. Littell Machine Company, Chicago, circa 1930s - 1940s.
Piece dimensions:
Piece stands 50” top of wheel, 41” center of axle, the upper wheel is 18” circumference, base 24”.
