It is Vintage Baccarat Edith Pattern … Read more This was purchased by my mother in France 1980's-1990's as a display piece. . It is Vintage Baccarat Edith Pattern , Heavy Lead Crystal Vase. It is an uncommon pattern. An architectural style. Beautiful condition, no flaws. Felt protectors were applied at Baccarat, and was kept in a display cabinet. I dont think it was ever used, just displayed. It is sold with box.
Design is a striking mid-century modern aesthetic, characterized by its signature octagonal silhouette, clear heavy lead crystal composition, and beautiful paneled flat cuts and a central waist that creates a stacked silhouette. that optimize light refraction.
My measurments are approximate 7 1/4"" tall, 4 3/4" edge to edge across at widest opening on top, and 3 1/2" near the base. Baccarat sticker still on its side. Baccarat etched logo on the bottom and is scratch free. I tried to get smudges off for photography without disturbing the label and felt tabs. Please ask for additional photos. It is a classic 20th-century Baccarat beauty Mint condition
