The artwork represents the scenery a crowd, gathering around a man who is speaking, through black color, skillfully depicted by quick and confident strokes. Jan Peter Verdussen (Antwerp, c. 1700 - Avignon, 31 March 1763) was a Flemish painter, draftsman. He is well-known for his battle scenes, field life incidents and equestrian paintings. He also paints landscapes with hunting scenes, gallant companies, and genre scenes on the markets. This artwork is shipped from Italy.
