The … Read more A gold anodized aluminum alloy sea grape leaf decorative dish, bowl, or centerpiece, handcrafted by Virginia Metalcrafters, circa 1949. The leaf designs collection was created by well-known sculptor Oskar Hansen for Virginia Metalcrafters in Waynesboro, Virginia. The sea grape leaf is very sculptural and detailed with raised ruffled edge, fitting onto a tri-foot bottom, all hand-made and hand-finished and of high quality, a real life-like shape and size. The detailing is dimensional and realistic. The alloy metal gives off a light brass, or white bronze tone. Marked on the underside the number 3513 in the center, with the VMC and copyright marks faintly visible below the model number. See less
