Ceramic owl sculpture designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi (ca. 1960s, Italy).
This example pre-dates the later production in Montelupo by Bitossi's sister company, Flavia Ceramiche, as evidenced by the "Bitossi Made in Italy" signature to the reverse.
Crude, minimalist, unglazed design (often referred to as "Rimini White") offering a dramatic contrast to the more commonly seen glossy, polished Rimini Blu glaze.
Excellent, vintage condition with no issues to note.
