An exceptional antique burr walnut Queen Anne style cocktail drinks cabinet by Hille. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-30’s.
It is of amazing quality with some extremely beautiful and useful features.
There is fine and beautifully detailed carving around all the edges, in particular on the base. There are stunning burr walnut grain patterns throughout, and a lovely mellow colour tone. The mirrored interior is sycamore lined, with two removable glass shelves, a pull out serving slide and two internal drawers which are stamped ‘Hille of London’.
We have revived and cleaned this cabinet, it is in excellent condition throughout for its age. The top lifts off the base for ease of transport.
