A striking glazed earthenware French Majolica (or barbotine) Oyster Plate crafted by the famous Gien workshop in France. Circa 1950s. This gorgeous plate in a coastal color of olive green features six wells for oysters nestled in a seaweed design with a center well for sauces or lemons. A perfect French plate functional for use or displayed in a collection or plate wall.
