The round, baluster body is accented with spiraled medallions in light blue, vibrant yellow, soft gray, and crosshatched pink, intermingled with smaller green-dotted accent spheres. Crafted by Schramberg (SMF) in Germany as part of their hand-painted "Rio" decor series (Decor 13), this eye-catching vessel serves as a vibrant standalone art piece or dynamic centerpiece on a sideboard, shelf, or credenza. It's in excellent vintage condition. It was manufactured in West Germany by Schramberg (SMF - Schramberger Majolika Fabrik). The "Rio" decor series (Decor 13) features abstract, hand-painted Mid-Century graphics created during the tenure of chief designer Elfie Stadler, who produced iconic graphic ceramic patterns for the factory between 1953 and 1963.
