The seat and back are button-tufted and complemented by padded headrests and armrests.

This Swedish armchair from the 1960s/1970s is characterized by the contrast between the lightweight chromed tubular steel frame and the generous padding upholstered in brown leather. The frame is almost entirely visible and complements the profile of the seat and backrest, with casters attached to the ends of the legs. The padded section is designed as a soft unit supported by the metal frame. The seat and backrest are punctuated by a deep button-tufting, which is also repeated on the voluminous armrests. On the upper section, the headrest cushion is secured to the backrest with two leather straps. The beige canvas support is also visible on the back. The design is part of the research developed between the 1960s and 1970s around armchairs with exposed metal frames, in which the frame is not hidden by the upholstery but becomes an integral part of the composition.
