This impressive two-part case piece features a generously proportioned lower dresser with a tall open plate rack above, creating a particularly architectural and versatile form suitable for a dining room, library, kitchen, or refined country-house interior.
The lower section is beautifully crafted with nine drawers arranged across a shaped, serpentine-fronted façade, each fitted with handsome antique-brass-finished bail pulls. The drawers are framed by molded surrounds and accented by distinctive carved fan motifs at the corners and beneath the arched openings. Elegant turned supports rise from the base and are complemented by a substantial full-width lower display shelf.
The upper section features four spacious open shelves, framed by substantial paneled sides and finished with a molded architectural cornice.
