The body features an embossed brick/basketweave texture raised on four cast foliate cabriole legs. The hinged lid is surmounted by an arched carrying handle and opens to reveal a magnificent raised Hebrew inscription quoting Leviticus 23:40 ("U'lekachtem lachem... peri 'etz hadar"), encapsulating a central relief motif of the Four Species (Arbat HaMinim).

A notable mark of traditional craftsman assembly is the matching bench/batch stamp number 124 die-struck on both the upper and lower hinge leaves, showing hand-fitted workshop production. An exceptional piece of ceremonial Jewish art suitable for collection, holiday use, or display.
