The dresser has three large drawers along with two smaller upper drawers flanking the marble surface. The tall carved mirror frame gives the piece an especially dramatic Victorian profile.

The dresser retains an attractive aged appearance and has only been gently cleaned. No refinishing, staining, or restoration has been attempted. There are areas of finish loss/flaking, surface wear, scratches and other age-related imperfections consistent with an antique of this age.

Important: The mirror assembly is currently not attached to the dresser and is shown propped in position for the photographs. The original mounting pins/hardware needed to secure the mirror assembly are not present and will need to be sourced or fabricated by the buyer. The mirror glass also shows age-related silvering/oxidation, particularly near the upper edge.

A substantial and highly decorative piece of Victorian furniture with beautiful burl figuring and carved details. Offered in its present antique condition rather than cosmetically restored. See less
