Dating to the early 19th century, this solid pine case piece displays traditional European provincial construction and period detailing. The elongated rectangular form has a molded top with softly rounded corners, four upper drawers with wooden knobs, and four framed panel doors below. The drawers are assembled with dovetail joinery, while the lower cabinet provides divided interior shelving. Turned bun feet support the case, and the visible pine grain, knots, tonal variation, and age-related markings contribute to its antique character.
