The larger piece works particularly well as a console, hall or occasional table, while the two smaller matching tables pull out for independent use as side or lamp tables and store neatly side by side beneath the main table. Details designer: richard hornby associated with fyne ladye furniture circa 1960s british mid-century modern design afromosia teak complete set of three tables one large rectangular outer table two matching smaller nesting tables beautifully figured timber tops slender square-section legs compact, space-saving design condition good vintage condition with age-related wear consistent with use. The tops retain an attractive rich finish and strong grain pattern. There are small marks, scratches and areas of wear to the frames and legs, including more noticeable rubbing and finish loss around the edges of the smaller tables. The set presents well structurally and nests as intended. Dimensions largest table (approx.): l 85 × w 39 × h 85 cm. See less
