Dating to the 1970s, this iconic electronic design is recognized for its compact hinged cube form and sculptural profile. The cream-toned molded case is accented by black trim and opens to reveal the speaker grille, analog tuning display, control switches, tuning dial, and telescoping antenna. The TS 505 operates on FM/AM three-band reception and was designed for both AC and DC power. Rounded corners, integrated branding, and the folding case illustrate the forward-looking industrial design associated with Zanuso and Sapper. Visible age-related discoloration, light scuffs, surface marks, and patina are present throughout the casing and components. This is a discontinued model with the brand and is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in Italy. See less
