A complete and original Philco Model 9-S-262 console radio with multiple band dial. Circa. 1938. All electrical components and speaker are intact. Sometimes referred to as the "Shutter Dial" as the dial rotates to expose 3 different bands and dials. Art Deco styling with exotic wood veneer detail. This radio was discovered in a storage unit and is in exceptional original condition with its original finish. Retains all of its original knobs with embossed Zenith logo. Radio chassis has not been tested as plug-in electrical cord is frayed. Some discoloration to finish on top surface. Presents beautifully.
