It is a minimalist piece, hand-forged aesthetic with a open-corner design that produces a clear, resonant tone when struck. Crafted from heavy gauge wrought iron, it features a wonderful natural patina which emphasizes it's utilitarian roots. It stands at 8 x 8 x 8 and is 1/2 " deep. It comes from the late 19th century. Many years ago I found this while camping in the woods for the weekend in the mountains of Oregon. See less
