Design Plus Gallery presents a Vintage Federal Style Mahogany Drop-Leaf Gateleg Dining Table. This traditional table showcases a mahogany construction with two hinged drop leaves that extend the tabletop into a larger rectangular form. The leaves fold vertically against the base when closed, creating a compact profile. Swing-out gate legs provide support beneath the raised leaves, while the base is designed with shaped pedestal ends, a connecting stretcher, slender legs, and delicate line-inlay detailing. Rounded tabletop corners and a molded perimeter complete the Federal-inspired design. The wood displays natural variations in tone along with signs of age and prior ownership. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage.
