The cabinet combines warm … Read more Elegant French modernist dressing table designed by Roger Landault and produced by Regy during the 1960s. The cabinet combines warm wood veneer with distinctive ochre-coloured upholstered fronts and sculptural wooden handles. A hinged upper section opens to reveal a large integrated mirror and a practical dressing surface. Three spacious drawers and a side cabinet provide generous storage. The slender metal legs with brass-coloured feet give the substantial cabinet a light and refined appearance. A rare and highly decorative example of post-war French design. The dressing table remains in good vintage condition with visible wear, marks and discolouration to the original upholstered fronts, consistent with age and use.
