This piece of classic American barware features a highly polished body, fitted domed lid and an especially elegant architectural swing handle with curved supporting arm.

The interior has its original double-wall Thermos glass liner, etched “THERMOS Trade Mark Product.” The insulated glass insert was designed to keep ice cold while minimizing exterior condensation—a wonderfully practical luxury for cocktail service. The liner is not removable.

The sculptural handle and streamlined form give the piece a subtle Art Deco to early Mid-Century Modern character, while the gleaming silver plate makes it equally at home in a traditional bar, library or formal dining setting.

Marked on underside “The Sheffield Silver Co. / Made in U.S.A.” Original Thermos liner is also marked.
