This mid 20th century chandelier from France features a central … Read more A vintage French six-light wood beam and forged iron chandelier. This mid 20th century chandelier from France features a central wooden beam, from which each long side supports a bowed iron bar with three torch style arms mounted along it's exterior. The six torch arms are cleanly designed with squared stems and cupped metal bobèches and painted candle sleeves at their top. Mimicking the design of the side light supports, an additional black iron beam with clean, bowed design runs long the top of the wooden beam. From the top center of this bowed beam, the chandelier is connected to it's upper canopy by single linked chain. This hanging light fixture has been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match. This vintage French chandelier would look perfect hanging above an island in a kitchen, or perhaps in a family room. See less
