A beautiful bar table for Roche Bobois, dating from the 1970s. The design is attributed to Jean-Claude Mahey.
It features a superb black lacquer finish with a mirrored effect, enhanced by a gilt brass trim.
One of the shelves slides open to reveal a bar storage compartment.
This table is very elegant and of excellent quality. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
