The photographer's stamp is on the back. Vittorio Pescatori was a photographer, but also an artist and writer. He often used photography to illustrate his books or even as a base for "painting," spreading almost transparent colors over it. This series, as indicated by the pencil writing on the back, contains six shots taken during his travels in the Maghreb, particularly of the city of Tozeur in Tunisia, where the artist lived for a time, and of Larache, a small town in Morocco. The photographs come from a private collector. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
