RARE VINTAGE CIRCA 1960s USSR ARMENIAN 875 SILVER GILT BOWL
Offered is a beautiful and distinctive Soviet-era Armenian silver bowl, dating to approximately the 1960s. The bowl is crafted in 875 standard silver and features an elegant gilded interior, creating a striking contrast between the polished silver exterior and rich golden interior.
The unusual UFO-style form, two angular side handles, raised foot, and decorative engraved band around the body give this piece a sophisticated mid-century modern character. The engraved geometric/foliate decoration is especially attractive and characteristic of the period.
