This is the particularly rare … Read more The floor lamp version from the Pao lighting series by Arteluce, designed by Matteo Thun. This is the particularly rare first version with its distinctive tripod base.

The Pao lamps are distinguished by their characteristic diffuser and base made of frosted glass. The combination of glass and wood is particularly striking, lending this design such elegance. The cherry wood stem harmonizes beautifully with the white glass and the silver metal components of the lamp. Pao lamps are unfortunately no longer in production and are therefore quite rare. This is the first version of the Pao floor lamp with its very special base. The later version has a white glass base that complements the lamp head more harmoniously.

The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina. This piece has an attribution mark,
