For your consideration is a delightfully vibrant, rare vintage 1977 pedestal cake stand designed by Seymour Mann for the celebrated "Candy Stripe" fine china collection. Complete with its original underside maker hallmarks and the iconic pattern quote, "Candy is Dandy" (inspired by the classic Ogden Nash poem), this joyful piece brings a marvelous pop of late-1970s retro charm to any dessert table or open kitchen shelving display.
Crafted from high-quality fine porcelain in Japan, the top face features an energetic, hand-painted look multi-colored ribbon stripe design spanning shades of bright orange, grass green, yellow, pink, and navy blue over a crisp white base.
