There are no visible stains, rips, tears or snags. The fabric and foam all appears and feels to be in excellent condition. There is a tag marked Directional on the decking of the sofa. This piece is structurally sound and in excellent condition ready to use as is. Please see photos for full condition details. I can not find documentation that it is for sure a Kagan design but came from a home that had other Kagan for directional documented items. less
