Robinson's department store, modeled after traditional Cambodian betel nut containers. Shaped as a majestic reclining stag or deer, this piece features beautifully executed, hand-chased hair textures along the body, detailed facial features, and delicate, branches-style antlers.

The box separates completely along a clean horizontal seam running directly through the center of the deer's body. The removable top lid features the deer's upper torso, head, antlers, and two resting legs, while the bottom half contains the remaining lower body and matching lower legs, allowing the figure to rest directly on its own form. The interior features a contrasting silver-washed finish, paying homage to the traditional antique silver metalwork of Southeast Asia. The underside features a clear stamped hallmark reading: "Robinson's - Made in Hong Kong".
