Solid cast in brass, with amazing original polychrome finish, we gave it a good overall cleaning and new protective lacquer before replacing with all new wiring. Inside we found a patent date of 1927 stamped into the frame. The colors are bright, rich, reds and greens, on a gold and silver frame. Here we've shown it with our 3" gold painted "Mazda" bulbs, but any medium base bulb will work.

Note that this fixture has one small broken piece on one of the socket covers--see the last photo. Hardly noticeable when standing back unless you are looking for it. See less
