The chest has a wonderfully aged, utilitarian appearance, with iron corner brackets, drawer-edge straps, central lock plates, and paired bail pulls creating a strong architectural look.

The pine has developed a deep, dark patina with visible grain and substantial surface character. At only 14 inches deep, the chest has an unusually slim profile that makes it particularly versatile for an entryway, hallway, bedroom, or other space where a full-depth dresser would be too large.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with heavy age-related character and wear throughout, including scratches, scuffs, finish loss, variations in color, marks, and areas of surface wear to the wood. The iron hardware has oxidation and aged patina consistent with the overall character of the piece. Structurally sound. Please review photos closely as the aged surface is an intentional and prominent part of its appearance.
