A 1979 mezzotint print, titled 11th Landscape, by the Japanese artist Kazuhisa Honda (born 1948). This piece features an horizontal branch sprouting bunches of fruit, in black and white. Unframed, this piece is signed, dated, titled, numbered 8/35 lower edge.
Born in Japan, Honda studied at the University of Osaka and in 1974, moved to Paris where he studied printmaking under Stanley Hayter at Atelier 17. Later he studied at the Pratt Graphics Center in New York as well as apprenticing under Yozo Hamuguchi.
