The aesthetic of its square lines is immediately striking: a near-perfect cube whose armrests and backrest are at the same height and are only cut out at the seat. This absolute rigor of form leaves ample room for the upholstery, and that is precisely the design's aim. Here, it's a matte suede in a light lilac-gray, whose velvety surface absorbs light instead of reflecting it—the edges thus appear soft rather than sharp. Flat, chrome-plated feet are positioned beneath the four corners, slightly elevating the body.
