Solid northern hardwood construction with a high spindle back, scrolled arms, contoured seat, and the classic painted fruit-and-floral decoration on the crest rail (pears, apples, grapes, and foliage). The original company brand stamp is clear on the underside, along with remnants of the paper label.
Sturdy and comfortable with a smooth rock. Shows honest age-appropriate wear on the seat and arms that gives it wonderful character. These well-made American rockers have a timeless New England feel and look great on a porch, in a reading nook, or as a cozy accent piece.
