This Stiffel 4-Light Torchiere is a brass floor lamp with a milk glass shade. The central milk glass lamp operates on an independent switch from the 3 smaller 40 W lamps. The 3 smaller lights have a white plastic or vinyl coating which give them the appearance of candle sticks. These lights operate on a 3-way switch that turns on 1, 2, or all 3 lights. All lights work.
The heavy brass base ensures this lamp will not easily tip over. The pole is a lighter weight material that has a brass color coating. The lamp has the original Stiffel label affixed to the central brass fixture. The milk glass shade has no chips or cracks. One of the white plastic wrappers has shrunk from excessive heat.
