This piece will add the perfect "curb appeal" piece to finish off your bungalow cottage or Victorian grand lady! The back features a lovely curve shape, not your typical form. The piece is painted primarily white with black accents, chippy and worn finish--you may chose to repaint any color of your choice.

Overall this piece is very sturdy and well constructed. We note several spots that are in need of repair/restoration should you wish to do so, though most would be merely for cosmetic restoration purposes. Please see detailed photographs. Photographs #13, #14 and #16 show the deterioration of the short decorative black strip under the armrests, these could be replaced, filled, or removed entirely. Photos #13 and #15 also shows splitting in the wood cover for two of the arm supports, similarly could be filled. These are also not structural because there is a steel rod inside the arm columns that establishes structure. The last item to note is the back rib on the far left side when looking from the back--the last few inches of this rib have broken off and there is a break mid-way at the arm joint, and this should be replaced for full integrity of that brace.
