A set of eight French water crystal goblets by Baccarat, each signed on the underside of the foot with the acid-etched maker's mark reading BACCARAT above and FRANCE below, flanking the three-vessel emblem used by the maison from the late 1930s onward.
The form is believed to be Perfection: spare and confident, with a deep hemispherical bowl on a slender drawn stem, with a subtle ringed collar where the bowl meets the stem and a stepped, polished foot.
