Beautiful authentic Scandinavian modern "Thea" sliding drop-leaf serving trolley / bar cart, attributed to iconic Swedish designer Yngve Ekström in the 1950s/1960s.
This highly sought-after collectible features a brilliantly engineered sliding top mechanism. The rich, warm teak wood panels slide smoothly sideways to reveal or extend your serving area, framing a durable black laminate inset top perfect for mixing drinks, pouring tea, and wiping away spills without damaging the wood.
Features elegant built-in sculpted handles on both ends and a lower tier shelf providing plenty of open storage space for bottles, glassware, or books. Perfect as a mobile drink station, coffee bar, or a statement side table.
