Fine antique Chinoiserie Coromandel 4-panel folding screen depicts every day life scenes with noble women and beautiful landscapes with blossoming cherry tree, temple, house, lighthouse, plants, stones, flowers and sea. Black lacquered wood, inlaid with ox bone, jade and mother-of-pearl. Blass hinges showing some age patina. Can be used as fireplace screen. China, made in 1920-1940s for the European market. Very Good condition - no losses in bone, jade or mother-of-pearl, minor age wear to the lacquer finish, sturdy, clean.
