A distinctive example of mid-century Danish modernism, combining a light, functional construction with an interesting combination of wood, metal and upholstery.

The chair features a wooden frame with a characteristic curved plywood backrest and elegant tubular metal armrests with shaped wooden rests. The seat is upholstered in black leather / leatherette.

The unusual construction of the armrests gives the chair a particularly light, almost architectural appearance and distinguishes it from more conventional Danish seating designs of the period.

Good vintage condition, consistent with age. The wooden elements are well preserved with minor signs of use. The upholstery presents very well. The metal elements show age-related oxidation, patina and surface wear, all clearly visible in the photographs.
