I never thought it was old and don't know anything about when or where it was made. I am guessing that it was probably in the 1950's. It has all the character and carving of a period chair. Has a very good walnut finish on it, and is wide and deep. It sits like a lounge chair. The fabric on it is in good condition and is from Claremont in London. This chair is a one of a kind and Unique. See less
