Mid-Century Modern) Coastal or Island style side or end table composed of a U or crescent shaped bent rattan base, rattan wrapped joints, and a .25-inch-thick rectangular glass top. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, no outstanding flaws detected only normal wear. Please see photos, zoom in for details, and see long description as they are part of the condition report. Oh MAN!!! Are you a FAN of bent RATTAN??? Well, WE SURE ARE!!! WOW!!! This is a FABULOUS end, side, or accent table composed of an exotic U or crescent shaped bent rattan base bearing rattan wrapped joints featuring an integrated slatted lower shelf and it is topped with a quarter inch thick rectangular piece of glass held with small black rubber lifters. Just a little sidenote… we think a thicker piece of glass would better serve this table, however, the lovely clear glass top allows a perfect view of the stunning triple bar base, and the lower slatted shelf is an ideal spot to place a stack of magazines or a few books. This is just the accent table you need in your Tropical, Coastal, Island, Bohemian, Boho Chic, or Mid-Century Modern style home whether hosting a smaller piece of art in the family room, between a pair of chairs in your sitting area, or utilize it as a bedside table in your bedroom. It would also be wonderful in your Floridian Lanai surrounded by tall tropical plants like a beautiful Paradise Palm or a Bird of Paradise… It will create an Island inspired casual aesthetic and feel like you’re right there in your own private utopian bliss… minus the sand between your toes!!
