The collection includes peppers, tomato, eggplant, cucumber or squash, corn and other garden vegetables, each individually formed in richly colored glass. Variations in shape, coloration and detailing give the pieces the character associated with handmade art glass.

With their saturated red, green, yellow and aubergine tones, these sculptural glass vegetables make a wonderful decorative grouping for a kitchen, dining room, open shelving or collected interior. Display them together in a bowl or basket, or arrange them individually among books and other decorative objects.

The pieces have a distinctly mid-century Italian/Murano-inspired appearance; however, no maker’s marks or labels are present, and the collection is therefore being offered as Murano-style rather than attributed to Murano manufacture.
