Ethan Allen's version of Louis XVI armchairs is one of refined elegance and quality. The wood grain is lovely! This pair appears to have been used very little, as evidenced by their good condition. There is a small amount of wear on the side of one chair (refer to picture 12) and a few small spots of white paint. The upholstery appears to be silk and is in very good condition without any stains. Both of these chairs have a tag on the underside that states they were made in the US in January 2000 (refer to picture 17).
I photographed these armchairs outside on a sunny afternoon in August. They will invariably look different when viewed in an interior setting under artificial light. Please take this into consideration when matching colors.
